The reception was truly perfect. Our hosts, Rosita and her husband, really went out of their way to take care of us.

“Comme à la maison!!!”

Rosita’s welcome was outstanding. We felt at home. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We could leave our bags while we were in the mountains.

“Great location and very welcoming”

The ensuite room was spacious with a desk if you need to work. Breakfast included a piece of fruit, bread with local cheese, avocado or egg, and fresh coffee (strong, with hot water for those who prefer it weaker). The location was excellent, very close to the Mirador de Yanahuara, and about a 20‑minute walk to the plaza de armas, which involves crossing puente Grau (another ideal spot for a panoramic photo of the volcanoes in the backdrop). The only downside is that there are no keys to the main entrance, so you have to ring the bell – which is fine, as someone is always there to answer, but the bell rings continuously, so if people return late it could disturb others who may be sleeping.
