The food was excellent, the staff were welcoming, and the cleanliness was superb; I can’t think of anything to criticize.

Everything was great—excellent location right next to the thermal station and city center, a very nice and comfortable building, and efficient, helpful, and friendly staff—overall we had a fantastic stay, but I might suggest a slightly wider variety at breakfast.

The staff were outstanding and the breakfast and dinner were excellent, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The hotel itself is gorgeous for those who enjoy the style, but the rooms need a refresh—walls should be repainted and mattresses replaced—though the furniture fits the décor. Sheets and towels were always changed and clean, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and always on hand, even though the rooms still require an update.
