Very quiet. Everything is lovely.

The place looks beautiful, breakfast is excellent, and the bed is good. The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. It’s old, needs renovation, but it was worth it. When we arrived it was raining and the balcony window was open, so the room got wet. We asked for a towel to clean it up, but no one offered to help. The night‑shift receptionist was quite unfriendly, while the others were very friendly.

The location is great and easy to get to Praia das Pontas da Canas. The room was clean and breakfast was good; it’s a solid option on the island’s northern tip.
