The place was charming, run by delightful and welcoming staff, and the breakfast offered fresh, tasty items; it felt like home, yet an oasis of peace and quiet.

The garden and seating area were wonderful, parking had no issues, staff were friendly, and the Italian breakfast featured homemade cakes; honestly, I can't find any real negatives, unless I want to nitpick.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was quiet, and I would suggest adding a late‑evening snack option for guests, especially for the very elderly who find it uncomfortable to reach the property after dinner in the dark; the road signage was poorly visible, especially coming from Pergola.

Antonella, her two daughters, and their meticulous room cleaning, along with the superb breakfast, made for an outstanding stay; everything was perfect, so we'll return.
