The location is good. The cleanliness, cleaning service, and bathroom are impractical. No housekeeping throughout a 4‑day stay. Towels for face and feet are missing.

Very nice hotel in the city center with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to shops and restaurants. I will gladly return.

Staying at Grand Flora Hotel, Salalah, with my wife from 15th to 20th September was a genuinely pleasant experience; the front office staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and checking in around 11:45 PM went smoothly without any hassle. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to reach many tourist spots in Salalah, with free parking that proved very useful. Inside, the cafeteria offered tasty food at reasonable prices, and the staff were very nice. As a traveller, I found the hotel budget‑friendly and a great value for money, with no real negatives to mention except a small suggestion that it would be helpful to provide bathroom slippers or sandals for guests. A big thank you goes to the hotel management, front office, housekeeping, and cafeteria teams for their hospitality, and I would definitely recommend Grand Flora Hotel to anyone visiting Salalah!
