The place fit my needs perfectly, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and high‑quality, suitable for an international crowd. The staff were attentive and customer‑focused, even though their English was a bit limited. I especially want to thank the young lady at reception who helped me change a flight reservation over the phone, using a Chinese voice‑response system that was hard to understand even for a “practitioner” of the language. The staff’s English level was the only downside, but they still tried to help as best they could; luckily online translators worked well.
