After booking online, the staff told me there was no reservation, which was absolutely pathetic.

I first found the reception in a shop inside the complex, not in the hotel; after paying, they sent me to a 10 × 12‑foot room that smelled awful. I asked for a change, but the next room still had a strong odor, and the final one was only slightly better. The representative left, and when I checked the bed and sheets, they were dusty and had a stale smell, as if someone had just used them. I showed this to the staff, who promised a change, but the new blanket also smelled bad. There were no hangers for my clothes. That night, the washroom had no water, making the experience the worst of my life. The representative even warned me, “If you want to stay, stay; otherwise you can leave. We will not refund.” I was scared to stay there, yet I had to for that night.
