“Nicht empfehlenswert, selbst nicht für die Durchreise”

The breakfast was decent for a hotel of this standard. The hotel is not recommended. The room cleanliness was lacking, especially the remote control, a germ shooter as we all know. Dust on the desk and TV. Mid‑September was very hot. The attic room we were given was very warm, the air conditioning was insufficient. The bathroom hasn’t been renovated since the 80s, there was no soap or shower gel. I mentioned this, and they brought a tiny piece of soap to the room.

“Looking for a place where your bed bounces till 1am from the downstairs disco- this is for you!”

Pulled into the car park at 1800, could hear the music blasting out! We checked into our premium room, on the 1st floor, bed was literally vibrating from the music (music?) downstairs. Asked what time the music might finish, was told '11pm, but we'll ask them to be a little quieter at 10pm!' It actually continued until 1am! We asked to be relocated as sleep would be impossible, we relocated to a standard room, on the 3rd floor, bed was vibrating slightly less! We asked for a refund of the price difference between a premium & a standard room & was told 'NO'! We complained on e mail, we were ignored! Complained a second time, we were told the music finished at 10pm! Complained to (how impossible is that!), the hotel told them too that the music finished at 10pm! Thankfully, didn't believe them, refunded us & debited the hotel. ATTITUDE DISGRACEFUL- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

“Hätte besser laufen können!”

Ez war geräumig und sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück!. An meinem Anreisetag So 27.09. war leider das Restaurant geschlossen, war allerdings bekannt. Mir wurde erklärt, dass sich ab 17:00 Uhr kein Personal mehr vor Ort befindet und ich danach mein Fahrrad nicht mehr in die Fahrradgarage unterstellen kann, da ich keinen Schlüssel usw.bekomme. In der Fahrradgarage hätte es auch keine Lademöglichkeit gegeben. Somit musste mein Fahrrad außen stehen bleiben. Nicht schön!
