The room and facilities were beautiful. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we received lovely complimentary items and a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. We stayed almost a week and felt very at home. The balcony offered a perfect view of the garden and pool, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise each morning.

Nice accommodation, great breakfast buffet, overall very good. Public transport connections were excellent; walking to the center was possible but a bit farther.

The staff are really very friendly and eager to help! The hotel’s location is perfect, you can start walking to anywhere. Our first room was on the lower floor, basically in the basement, and was unfortunately not pleasant at all. The bed was damp, the shower floor was soft and uneven. Because the room was directly under the kitchen, work started at 5 am. It was so loud that sleep was impossible. In our opinion, this room should not be rented, because at a city hotel restful sleep is the most important thing for us. The garden and pool were also not as nice as shown in the pictures. Positively, we could change rooms after one night without any problem. The new room on the top floor was much nicer, but right next to the head of the bed there was an extremely loud ventilation unit that droned nonstop. Overall, therefore, it was not a particularly restful stay.

Beautiful building and good facilities with exceptional staff and service. A little grubby in places. The pool area and gardens could be kept and cleaned much better. Entrance hall carpets are grubby and would be so much better if given a clean.

No. Small bedroom but upgraded to suite with no extra cost. Staff couldn't have been more helpful
