The staff in HK communicated so well 💯. However, there was no toothbrush, which I didn’t like 😭, and the air‑conditioning was removed, which was disappointing 😞.

The room was clean and worth the price, very quiet, and the parking lot was spacious. The reception staff were bright‑smiling and very helpful.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and reasonably priced, travel to and from was convenient, and the hotel area had a convenient shopping mall.

The location and staff were good. Hygiene was poor, the bathroom was dirty, and maintenance was overdue.
