The hotel had everything I needed to keep my family entertained, from multiple pools and waterslides to beautiful shady beds on the beach.

The beach was clean and picturesque, and the breakfast and dinner options were excellent.

The Suite Club Room boasts ample space and climate control, featuring a distinct lounge area and two balconies, each equipped with a daybed for relaxation. Within the generously sized bedroom, guests will find a flat-screen television with satellite channels, a DVD player, a workspace, a minibar, and a complimentary tea and coffee station. The bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, includes a shower and a selection of complimentary toiletries.

The sleeping area accommodates up to three guests with a bed, clothes rack, wardrobe, desk, dining table, dining area and a socket near the bed, all set on hardwood or parquet floors. The en‑suite bathroom features a bath, shower, toilet, free toiletries, slippers, a bathrobe, towels and a hair‑dryer. Upper floors are reachable by elevator.

The hotel was cozy on the boulevard, but the crowd was too large and the vibe was sometimes antisocial.

The hotel was relaxed and laid back, perfectly positioned on the beach; the rooms were a little dated and had a few issues that were rectified quickly, the swim‑up bar was a favourite spot, and the Bamboo Bar had beach bands in the evening that were enjoyed by young and old, but it felt a little dated for a 5‑star.

The location was fantastic with direct beach access, two large pools, a variety of restaurants, a café, gift shops, a great gym, and plenty of entertainment. The staff were exceptional.
The sunbeds were booked but stayed empty all day. Towels were already on the loungers before 7am, making it hard to find a spot by the pool. It was really annoying that they weren't being used.
