The room seemed clean but dated, and the tub/shower is in very poor condition; there were two straight‑back chairs to sit in, but they are definitely not for relaxing in; the owner and staff that we spoke to were very pleasant, and a non‑working coffee maker was replaced immediately; the restaurant discounts are very nice, and the availability of towels for use at the hot springs was very helpful; also, the refrigerated creamers are a lovely change from the usual dust packets! Just the tub/shower area; it really needs some help; we would love to see a couple of easy chairs for comfortable reading and entertaining.

“Disappointing time in Radium for late August.”

Convenient parking right outside the door, plus a table and two chairs in the unit. The bathroom feels old and tired, with a broken shelf in the fibreglass surround and a water leak that damaged the ceiling tiles; the hot water tap also leaks during use. Only one Keurig pod for regular coffee and one for decaf are provided, which we have to share between two people 😩. The rug needs a good cleaning. The price feels too high for the condition of the property. We arrived on September 4 only to discover that the hot springs were on a winter schedule before the Labour Day weekend, which was very disappointing since we had come especially to soak.

A great spot to catch some sleep after a long journey, offering everything you need and a breakfast discount at the cafe. No complaints at all. The administrator has a fantastic sense of humor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
