“Ótimo custo-benefício”

I really liked the lodge, especially for its great value. The cleaning was immaculate and the location was great, close to Praia da Tartaruga and just a few minutes’ drive from Rua das Pedras. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with a good variety that included bread, cakes, eggs, sausage, cold cuts, fruit, and fresh juice. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower had great flow. The pool was also very pleasant, and overall the lodge was pretty and well maintained. The air‑conditioning was a bit old and noisy. Also, there was a nest of birds near the room, and the chirping at night disrupted sleep a little. The lodge didn’t have parking, but it was easy to find free street spots. These are just minor details that don’t affect the excellent value.

The rooms were good, the value was very good, and the location was convenient for reaching main points quickly by car or even on foot. In the room I stayed in, the TV didn’t work well because of the internet signal, which sometimes failed, and I didn’t like the toilet lid with many stains that made it look dirty.

Nothing: the shower gave an electric shock; I told the owner it was a grounding cable issue and he offered to tape the shower. The cleaning was very bad, breakfast was weak, and nothing matched the “fabulous” claim in the ad. We left on Saturday morning, had no TV on the first day because the remote had no batteries, and I’m wondering how to request a refund.
