“Nadhodnocená úroveň hotelu :(”

The food tasted good, and I liked being able to prepare a snack as part of breakfast. The receptionist handled a booking error about my dog’s arrival perfectly and with a very professional attitude. The hotel feels like it’s from the 1990s and unfortunately lacks a noticeable modernization. The social facilities and shower were dreary, with almost no water pressure. The pool and sauna were on the parking lot, offering zero privacy. The pool’s advertised temperature was 26 °C, yet the water felt more like ice, barely 20 °C, especially in the evening when the outside temperature was about 12 °C, even though the heating pump was running, likely set incorrectly. The parking lot was overcrowded.

“Empfehlenswert und sehr schöne Berglage”

The sauna container and outdoor pool location were great, but the dinner cost 500 crowns without drinks, and in the village below it was 300 with two 0.5 l beers!…

The staff were very friendly, the wellness area was excellent, and breakfast had a good variety, but the coffee machine used dried milk.

“Love the place and stuff, definitely will return”

The location is excellent, with all trips and adventures within walking distance, so we didn’t need a car. Meals are excellent, and the staff are kind and helpful. There is no air conditioning in the room.
