“Holiday inn is big brand and the staff needs to put in efforts to maintain it.”

The bed and furniture were fine, but the corridors, dining area, and even the AC had a strong odor and cobwebs everywhere in the room. No water or dental kit was supplied, and when I asked for them, the staff was rude and told me to buy them at the reception.

The facilities were good and parking was free, and the room was comfortable. However, the breakfast lacked variety; there were no hard-boiled eggs, ham, or cheese, just a very basic selection.

“Worst experience- now I fear going to holiday inn”

The place was a total mess—papers under the table, bugs in the bathroom, no exhaust or door locks, and no city view. When I asked for an extra towel and body wash, it took a minimum of 45 minutes to arrive. Nothing positive to mention.
