The location was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The stairs were not optimal for older people, so the upper rooms should not be booked; however, they helped carry the luggage upstairs. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old, beautiful city of Bernksdtel.

The hotel is basically the upper floors of a wine shop/ wine cellar, with a good breakfast buffet and a nice room; the staff are very friendly and helpful. The downside is that there's no elevator and the shower pressure was a bit weak, but overall it’s a real gem!
