Elegant Boutique Hotel Ha Long

The staff here were very courteous, attentive and friendly. Because I misunderstood the room layout, I had to ask the hotel to adjust at the last minute. Ms Hong was very enthusiastic and arranged everything for us. Thanks to her help, we had a truly enjoyable and memorable Ha Long trip. Thank you!

“siêu đáng nhớ ; lựa chọn đúng chỗ nghỉ cũng là cách để có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời đáng nhớ”

Breakfast was quite decent; the owner was friendly; no seeding, but still worth trying.

“Horrible nuit”

Nothing much, but fortunately we only spent one horrible night there. Don’t trust this hotel. The hotel scammed and lied about the boat we booked with them. It rained in the room during a storm, the safe was broken, and the breakfast offered moldy bread. The hotel didn’t react to any of these issues. This place tries to rip you off.
