The hostel met all my expectations. The value for money is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are super clean. The bathroom was also spotless, which is not always the case in hostels with shared bathrooms. Ernesto and Cristian were very kind throughout, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Santa Marta 😊. I have no complaints; everything was perfect.

The freezer, curtains, and spacious rooms were great, and the hostel is close to a supermarket. However, the AC shuts off at 7.30am and by 9am the dorms get very hot. Most staff come across as rude and almost hostile.

The interior area is good. The smell and energy were not great.

The furniture and décor are nice. The common areas were not clean; there was a lack of cleanliness. Some guests smoked in the common areas and it seemed there was no restriction. The beds in the dorm do not have individual lights.

The staff were attentive, very willing, and kind. Some other guests left the kitchen dirty.
