A short walk from Barcelona Sants, in a nice area full of restaurants, sights and life. The rooms were pleasant and, despite a shared bathroom, there were no queues or hassles. The staff were responsive. It’s important to know that there’s no front desk; you must check your messages and coordinate with the hotel about your arrival so they can let you in. Late arrivals incur extra charges, and some services are also extra, so be aware of that.

The biggest advantage was the good location, close to the city centre and public transport. The kitchen and bathroom met my expectations, and the place was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, my stay at Rooms Granvia didn’t meet my expectations. I spent seven nights in room G3, which was only about 6 m² and had a wall outside, so natural light barely reached inside. The photos shown in the listing didn’t reflect the actual conditions of that room. Another issue was the very poor acoustic insulation; the sounds of people walking down the corridor and night arrivals regularly disturbed my sleep. I understand a small room can be a cheaper option, but I believe its true conditions should be clearly presented before booking, especially for a seven‑night stay.

The location is amazing! It’s a flat with rooms, poorly maintained, shared bathrooms that aren’t well cared for, not very clean, overall quite neglected for the price they charge. My room was just enough space. In short, for the price, a hotel would be a much better option.
