The staff are friendly, yet the water comes too hot and can't be adjusted—adding a cold tap would help.

The location is unbeatable, but overall the hotel is disappointing: rooms are old, furniture is broken, the sink is cracked, water pressure is low, pillows are dirty and need replacement, dining chairs are in terrible condition, the dining area is filthy, tables aren't cleaned when guests leave, breakfast service is poor even with two staff present who clearly lack training, and the dining chairs are in disarray; the hotel needs a full overhaul of its facilities and service model.

The staff are super friendly, but the room gets very hot; we turned off the heating and it was still uncomfortably warm.

The spot and lake view are nice, but if you book more than two months ahead and ask for a lake‑view room, you might end up with the worst view in the hotel.
