“Sorry”
Nothing to say; the front‑line staff was helpless and refused to ask their superior about guests’ needs. Staff issues.
“مكان جدا مناسب لقربه من المطاعم الجيدة”
The rooms are clean, the facilities are clean, and breakfast is good. The reception table is infested with cockroaches.
The room was comfortable, clean, and easy to access, but the phone and TV were both broken, the fridge was off and I had to turn it on myself, and the faucet was leaking—overall it wasn't worth the price.
“Bed coffe with cockroaches”
The bed coffee had cockroaches. Nothing else.
The whole experience was fantastic, especially the reception staff and the duty manager who was very helpful. Nothing else to mention.
