“Un lugar bonito y tranquilo”
I liked the comfort of the room and the bathroom, and I enjoyed the breakfast. However, there was no hot water for bathing.
The location was great, close to the city center and restaurants, and an Uber was easy to catch at the corner. The staff were super friendly, rooms were clean, cute, and comfortable, Wi‑Fi was adequate, and the shower water was warm. Breakfast was delicious, we felt safe, and the terrace was nice for breakfast or a cocktail at night. We didn’t have a key for the outer door, so we had to ring to be let in and out. It was the weekend next to bars, so the music was loud into the night, but we had an inner room, which could have been worse.
The location, service, and staff friendliness were great; the room was spacious, the place was clean, and nearby commercial areas were convenient. The pillows were uncomfortable and should be lower.
The price‑quality ratio was good and the place was clean; we even received a free upgrade. The staff were friendly but seemed under‑trained in guest service.
As always, the service was excellent.
