Walking into the hotel, you instantly feel like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Even though we arrived at one in the morning, the warm welcome made us feel at home from the first moment until the very last. Thanks to the whole team – the breakfast staff who were always warm, smiling and incredibly attentive; the ladies who kept everything impeccably clean; and everyone else who quietly contributes to the unique atmosphere each day. The sunsets were spectacular, the views breathtaking, the interiors refined to the smallest detail, and the breakfasts absolutely delicious, generous and varied. Everything here is intentional, and true hospitality shows in those small gestures. We came to Cape Town to celebrate my mother’s birthday and could not have imagined a more beautiful setting for such a special occasion. Your hospitality turned an unforgettable time into an even more beautiful memory. A hotel becomes special not only because of its interiors or views, but because it makes you feel at home, even when thousands of kilometres away. Thank you for everything. We leave with huge smiles, countless beautiful memories, and the certainty that we will return one day.

We absolutely loved staying there. The staff is incredible, and the accommodations are amazing. No complaints or suggestions. Highly recommend staying here. I didn’t like having to leave, wish I could stay longer. We will be back!
