The breakfast was delicious. I stayed in room 304 and asked to move my husband, who has a mild claustrophobia, to a balcony room because the tiny window on the right opened only a little vertically, but the request was flatly denied, leaving him restless and unable to sleep, so we ended up staying up all night.

We were pleased with the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the weather was bad, so we missed the sunset, and the TV’s audio description for the visually impaired could not be turned off, forcing us to endure loud announcements at the start and end.

The room was unbelievably spacious, well arranged and spotless, and the bathroom was equally large and fully equipped. Although there was no terrace, the raised area near the window was a nice spot to take in the view; the bedding was flawless, with a comfortable double bed and fluffy pillows. Despite booking at the last minute, we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed an excellent night’s sleep.
