I liked the location, but the door on my room never closed properly, the bathroom was grimy, bugs were hanging from the ceiling, the room was a smoking room, and the pillows were literally an inch thick. I was on the second floor and the people on the first floor literally had a campfire by the sidewalk.

“Will never stay there again.”

The spot was convenient, but the TV in my room didn’t work and the whole room had a strong odor.

“One that I will never forget.”

The staff who helped me were helpful, but my stay was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. The room I was assigned had an odor that was at times unbearable. I contacted the front desk, but I was informed that no other rooms were available. The only bright spot was the assistance I received from the staff member who helped me obtain an air‑freshener spray. While the spray gave temporary relief, the odor seemed to be embedded in the fabric of the bedding and curtains. Additionally, upon checking in, I noticed a ring in the toilet and had to purchase a cleaner myself to remove the stain.

The room was clean and the staff were great, but the air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane taking off all through the night, making it very hard to sleep.
