The spot is great, just a stone’s throw from Vatican City, and the rooms stay spotlessly clean, but the air‑conditioning needs a serious upgrade.

“We were intending to be able to spend time in a shared dining area but it was 2 separate Appartments”

The location is fantastic, yet the place turns out to be two separate apartments, and describing it as a split level is misleading.

“It was good for one night but would not be comfortable for more than one.”

The place is in a prime spot, loud because it sits on the main road, but the eateries below are excellent and you’re close to Vatican and Castel Dell Angelo; the bathrooms are beautifully renovated, though the apartment feels unsafe with a stair ledge that could let a child fall, and the floors are rough and not very clean.

The location is superb, the room is spacious with a comfy bed, but it’s very dark and faces a somewhat shabby patio.

The location is good, and the staff kept us patient; however, the washing machine and dishwasher don’t work, the fridge hasn’t been cleaned since the Punic wars, the two‑floor apartment photos are misleading—it's a barely painted former storage unit (quite scary)—yet the staff’s effort to cover the shortcomings is appreciated.
