Facci un elogio al personale in particolar modo al signor Raffaele che è stato veramente molto disponibile e carino. La struttura è datata con moquette sporca nelle camere frigorifero frigorifero non funzionante bagno molto vecchio con doccia semi rotta e senza acqua calda. Per aver speso €110 più €6,50 di tassa di soggiorno ritengo che sia un prezzo sopra la media non rispecchia un quattro stelle

The location was great.

The hotel was close to the highway, but the room was dirty, the floor rug was still showing stains, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the curtain was torn, and there was a strong odd smell. I can’t understand why it earned four stars; it felt more like a retirement home. Because of the casino, the hotel seemed to cater to older guests. The restaurant was incredibly loud, and we watched the staff stuffing the morning menu into a bag.

The location is convenient on the border between Italy and Slovenia, and there’s a casino inside the building to spend a few hours differently, but the rooms are very old with stained carpet, the restaurant is poor, and the staff are hardly present.
