Everything at the hotel is flawless—café, spa, staff, cleanliness. It’s hard to find a place as good as this. Nothing to criticize.

“AMAZING FACILITY & GROUNDS, MUST STAY!!! Will return!”

The view from the room and the grounds was phenomenal! Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and we used the spa daily. We were sad to leave. The only hiccup was at the spa: we arrived at 4 pm, the spa opens at 2 pm, yet one cold‑plunge bath was non‑functional and the other had skin and hair floating in it—so we couldn’t use it, which was disgusting. We had used that cold‑plunge the day before and it was fine. It seemed the attendants didn’t shower before or after using the facilities, and no staff were present to address the issue. The cold‑plunge baths should be cleaned or inspected more often. Also, we were told the spa was no‑bathing‑suit, so we went in robes, but we saw several guests in swimsuits, which was awkward.

“One of the best stays of my life”

Everything was great: staff, activities, rooms, drinks, sauna, pool—everything! The only downside was that the food wasn’t exceptional.
