The staff were very friendly and the room was spotless; I’d return if I’m in Bangkok again.

We booked this room for convenience, expecting a parking space under the building, but a motorcycle was parked there by staff, so we asked the maid why it was there and she looked displeased and told us to park elsewhere, which was very bad. The front‑desk staff were rude, showing a bad attitude. When checking in we just wanted to know if the room would be as we expected, but they were snappy and gossiping. The service was poor, though the room itself was very good.
