“Superschöne Unterkunft mit unglsublich gsstfreundlicher Familie”

The location is unbelievably beautiful, close to the street yet right in the middle of nature, and you can see monkeys and striped squirrels from the breakfast table. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially the owners who give great tips and help organize even very spontaneous plans—everything is made possible, something we never expected and therefore appreciate even more! The cooking class is highly recommended; we ate wonderfully, it was very impressive, and we learned a lot about the cuisine and culture. A small note: it would be nice to have some hangers or coat hooks to hang wet clothes during the rainy season.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the staff were excellent. The host went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

“Peaceful and host has great advice/ connections about stay in Sri Lanka”

Lasitha and the crew were wonderful. The location is great, with monkeys nearby, about 5 minutes from Ella but still away from the busy area. The water was clean and the crepes for breakfast were delicious!

“Geweldige plek, met mooi appartementen en vriendelijke mensen”

The apartment was spacious with a beautiful terrace and even a small kitchen. The people were very friendly and helpful. There was a little natural pool to cool off after a long hike, and kids could use the small zip‑line. The only downside is that you can’t walk straight to Ella’s center; you need transport.
