“Altss Temperaturas dentro de la pieza. Desagrable.”

The location and cleanliness were good, but the staff never answered any questions about the broken air conditioning, which was in terrible condition. We had no response or fix, so we had to endure the heat inside the room – a total disappointment.

“Very good”

The bed, bathroom/shower, AC, and the great location for seeing Rome were all very good, and a grocery store was next to the apartment. We arrived from Fiumicino airport in the middle of the night on a bus that stopped beside the apartment, and the 24/7 check‑in with codes (provided after online check‑in) was easy. It was good value for money in Rome. The only downside was the lack of curtains, and the AC made noise, but we used earplugs and it wasn’t a major issue.

The place is perfectly located, just a few steps from Termini or Vittoria Emanuel, and the directions in the communication and portal made it easy to find. The unit was quiet, though the nearby train and bus stations do bring some noise, which didn’t bother us. However, there was no air‑conditioning system, so we had to open the window to sleep better.

The location was fine, but the air conditioning didn’t work and no one ever answered my calls.

“UNO CUMPLE CON EL PAGO E IMPUESTOS Y ELLOS NO CUMPLEN CON LO QUE OFRECEN”

Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from day one when we raised an air‑conditioning issue, and even after four days, no one called or offered a solution. It was unbearable to stay in the room with the windows open, and the sector’s noise didn’t help at all. The staff showed indifference and lack of concern for the customer, focusing instead on ensuring we paid the city taxes, then forgetting to give any real solution to the problems. We suffered through the stay without air conditioning, despite informing them on day one about my child’s health issue with the high temperature and poor ventilation.
