“Great stay”
The location was good, the staff were helpful, and the value for money was solid.

Breakfast was decent, but we’re still waiting for the refunds of three deposits: the first stay from 26 June to 28 June required a USD 50 deposit, the second stay on 29 June for one night also required USD 50, and the third stay from 30 June to 1 July booked directly at the hotel again required USD 50. None of these have been refunded yet.

The bed was comfortable, but the staff’s customer service was terrible and we had to wait hours for our rooms to be ready—no one had a room on time.

The location was good and the staff were excellent, but the parking lot was a problem.

The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job, yet the elevators and hallways looked dingy and unappealing. I didn’t receive the correct bed I had booked and the staff were unwilling to help accommodate the issue.
