The beds, sheets, bathrobes, and room space were great, and the reception bathrooms were also good. The bathroom door lacked a lock, and because it was a sliding door not fixed to the wall, it never closed completely.

The hotel is luxurious and stylish, with spacious rooms and huge beds. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and is a must-visit. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is great with easy access to all attractions. It’s in a new part of town, a minute’s walk to the metro, which takes you two stops to the old town or a 20‑minute walk. The hotel is a 10‑minute walk to the Guggenheim. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was good and the rooftop view was nice. The building is large and the elevators run nonstop; on check‑out you need to be careful because the front desk may not be ready to process departures, especially with two coaches, a plane, or a train waiting. Cleaning: I stayed for 7 nights and towels were changed, but I had to dust the desk myself—my request was written in a finger on a dusty desk and only worked after the 7th night. The sign you place on the bed to request a linen change isn’t effective.

The breakfast was amazing and the location was great.

The rooms were comfortable, but the breakfast and terrace drinks were very pricey.
