The spot was central and convenient, and the staff were friendly and courteous, but the room felt cramped and lacked any amenities.

I had a bad experience: the map on the site shows a different location from where the hotel actually sits; there is another hotel with the same name and a higher price at the displayed spot, owned by the same person, which feels like a scam, so I avoided their service.
