The location was fantastic and the room and view were amazing, but the bed and pillows weren’t great.

The location was great and convenient for reaching everywhere; the room was rather old and the pillows were uncomfortable, though the view was excellent. I couldn’t get the TV working, and the parking was expensive and confusing once booked.

“Good location”

The location was good, but parking required pre‑booking with car registration; I hadn’t picked up the car so I missed out on a car park and had to park on the street. The room I had also had a huge air vent outside, making it noisy.

“Great location and comfy stay but unhelpful staff”

The bed was really comfortable and the room was a great size, with a great shower in the bathroom; the location was perfect for GBR trips. However, the staff were unhelpful about parking—different team members gave conflicting information and some just didn’t want to help. The hotel was very damp and there was mould on the furniture in my room, which was disappointing for such an expensive property.

Loved the location & features, room was a good size, and pool and restaurant were great. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom a little outdated
