BATHROOM IN ROOM # 425 NEEDS TO REPAIR THE FOLLOWING 1- BATHROOM LIGHT IS NOT WORKING 2-NO WATER IN TOILET BIDET SPRAYER 3-SINK HAS SLOW FLUSHING 4-NO DOOR IN SHOWER COMPARTMENT (WATER IS COMING INTO TOILET AREA)

The location is good. Water was not available from noon to midnight, which was very annoying.

“منتهي القرف وتجربة في غاية السوء”

In my opinion, it’s the worst hotel in Mecca. From the moment I arrived, the reservation number I was given sent me to a second branch, and when I finally got there after two hours of trouble, I was told it was the second branch. The front‑desk staff sent me to another location from my phone, we arrived in an hour, and discovered it was a mistake. After a quarter hour, we were at the requested hotel, but when we went up the mountain to get there, we couldn’t find the front desk. I think the staff member was named Abdul Rahman, and he arrived after an hour of waiting; the next hour was the second morning, and he came and we ended up even more frustrated because he kept checking the room. When we finally got the room, there was no water in the bathrooms. When I tried to call reception, there was no signal on the phone. In the morning, the front‑desk staff told me that the whole hotel had no water. I asked for a bucket of water to use in the bathroom. I would not recommend it at all; if it had a rating lower than zero, I would give it that, and I don’t know who would give it a rating higher than zero. It was a very bad experience.

The place was spotless and super cozy; I especially loved the masjid. The restaurant was decent, though the menu was a bit narrow. Getting to haram is a breeze: a 5‑minute walk gets you to the bus stop, then a 3‑ to 4‑minute ride. Buses are free if you flash your hotel card.
