“The property we booked initially owes us a refund!”

The property we booked for 194 € had plumbing problems and smelled bad. We never saw it, so we were shifted to a relative’s hotel down the road for 90 €—less than half the original price—and were told there would be no extra fee. It was very uncomfortable: barking dogs in the vacant lot below our window until 4 am, then roosters from 5 am, so I didn’t sleep at all. There was no Wi‑Fi, the bathroom was dirty, and we left after one night. We asked for a refund, but they haven’t responded. This was the only bad experience during my three weeks in Morocco.

The staff were friendly and the hotel’s location is good. However, there were water issues and the rooms were much smaller than advertised on Booking.

I’m Luca. The hotel is very quiet, the owners are welcoming and kind, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and fresh, and the motorcycle is safe in front of the hotel—important for us riders. If I come back to the area, I’ll definitely stay again.
