It feels like arriving at home. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The wonderful breakfast, with plenty of homemade dishes, the delicious dinner, the warm staff service, and the entire property… you can feel the owners’ love in everything. Don’t forget the whole “Alter Hof” estate with its exceptionally nice location directly on the Elbe embankment, inviting for hikes or bike rides. If you’re looking for peace and seclusion combined with heartfelt care, you must go! It’s a once‑in‑a‑lifetime, unforgettable experience, and I definitely want to return. There was nothing to complain about.

A great hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is exceptionally good, with plenty of homemade and regional items. We felt incredibly at ease. The location is away from the bustle, allowing for a fantastic recovery. Nothing was missing—everything was truly perfect.
