The hotel’s location is fantastic and the restaurant’s terrace by the lake looks lovely, though it seemed a bit neglected. When we arrived, eight people were already waiting to check in while the reception was unmanned; the service staff were unfriendly and unbelievably inefficient—something I’ve never experienced before. The terrace could be better maintained, which is a shame given the prime lakeside spot.

“Redelijk maar sfeerloos restaurant, bar en oude gedateerde kamers”

The free parking lot and breakfast were great, but the vibe felt a bit stale and the rooms looked dated.

The old hotel has been updated to taste, yet it lacks air‑conditioning and a phone in the room, and there's no minibar. It can be noisy, feels old, and gets hot.
