We spent a few days at the hotel and everything was great. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and had a unique décor. The breakfast lacked variety but was sufficient.

The hotel is very close to the center of Göreme and access is good, the breakfast is exquisite and the service is pleasant. The air conditioning isn’t very strong, but the night weather is very nice.

Central location and friendly staff, but the rooftop view of the hot air balloons was a bit too far away.

The breakfast and Jazmine’s friendliness were nice, she even gave us a lunch box for the last day when we left early. The location is unbeatable and parking is great. The room was very large and stylish. The room had a lot of humidity. The front‑desk guy was not friendly at all and didn’t help us get organized.

Excellent hotel! Super well‑located, the room is beautiful. The staff were very kind, they helped us book the balloon tour and with everything else we needed. The breakfast is very complete, served by Jasmine who always greeted us with a smile and good vibes!
