Staff very friendly. The shaving plug was loose and not working.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food served at the restaurant was delicious. In the room the shaving plug was loose and not working.

The pool was spacious and the grounds were lovely, with a nice view of the lake. The rooms felt a bit old and could use a refresh, and breakfast only had a few continental items; some dishes were quite spicy, which might not suit European palates, especially at breakfast.
