The reception staff were kind and professional. I was booked for two nights, but after the first night I was really disappointed because the room hadn’t been cleaned, the trash hadn’t been taken out, and we weren’t given extra clean towels. When my husband and I returned to the room on the second night after being out, it smelled awful because the trash hadn’t been disposed of.

The room amenities matched what you’d expect from Hiltons—excellent. Parking was easy to access, as was our room. The only downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast, unlike other hotels.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. On the first day the room wasn’t cleaned, but on the following days it was. The hotel does not accept cash payments—be careful! Breakfast options were terribly limited: they can make you eggs, or if you choose continental you’ll get a bagel with some frozen fruit. And, like many hotels, they claim to have a pool but it was “temporarily closed,” which I suspect means it’s been closed for years. Get a star, close a pool.
