Last year we stayed for 2 days in room M.M on the 2nd floor; it was spacious, pretty, and the lake view was gorgeous. This year we stayed for 5 days in room M.M on the first floor, which was just okay. For all 5 days the room was never cleaned and no laundry service was provided.
Everything was perfect.
