There is no real hotel. I waited two whole hours on the street, unable to reach the hotel, and asked people and nearby business owners for the hotel's location but nobody recognized it. I called the hotel's numbers several times, but no one answered. It was a very bad experience, and I lost my relationships with the guests who were with me for a business contract, as they thought I was mocking them and had not actually booked a hotel.

The staff were friendly, but the air‑conditioning didn't work, there was no view or adequate ventilation, the bathroom was very small and in need of repair, and there was no TV screen in the room.

The reception and service were good and the price was reasonable; the location is lively and easy to reach. However, the cleanliness was only average, and there was no kettle or basket in the room.
