“excellent”

I spent nine days at this amazing hotel in Amman and it was an incredible experience. The rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean, the location was extremely convenient and made getting around the city a breeze. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the staff were all polite, friendly, and welcoming. A special thanks to the owner Marwan, who was unbelievably helpful with everything we needed; his genuine kindness and exceptional hospitality made us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman—you’ll definitely love your stay here. Everything was excellent.

Marwan was lovely and arranged an airport pickup late at night, which made the transfer much easier. The hotel is in a good location for the Roman Theatre and the Citadel, only a short walk.

“Bad scary not cleaned hotel.”

The building felt frightening, the staff were unhelpful, and every door at reception was left open; the place was dirty, so I had to leave because I feared for my safety. I was also charged 70 AED for a bad experience.

The owner was incredibly kind, the accommodation had parking, it was easy to walk to downtown, and breakfast was tasty.
