The place is quiet and the rooms are very comfortable, but there’s no signage for the hotel, and driving in means you have to go over a dirt road and encounter aggressive dogs that bark at you, which isn’t pleasant. When leaving you’re worried about being denied entry, and the pool has no seating nearby and wasn’t fully clean.
The venue is spacious, rooms are comfortable and super clean, and the staff’s service was excellent; although the neighbor has dogs, it’s not a problem getting into the house, and the staff were always very accessible, attentive, helpful, and overall amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The room itself is very pretty, and the bed is very comfortable.

The facilities look very nice; the newness of the place shows that some parts are still under construction and improvement, but what’s finished is done with care and good taste. I loved that my little dog was welcomed like any other guest. The terrace room is very pleasant with a huge bed, and it’s far enough from the center to be quiet—great if you don’t want to go out at night. The service was friendly all the time, and because we didn’t have hot water at night they gave us an extra hour of stay as a courtesy. You can tell they pay attention to cleanliness, the quality of the linens, and the room details, which made me feel very private. The internet works perfectly, and they accommodated my request to avoid WhatsApp communication. During the night we couldn’t shower because there was no hot water; it was late and we didn’t want to bother the staff, so we had to wait until morning to ask for it to be fixed. The pedestrian and car entrances differ: the pedestrian path is a bit longer and poorly lit in some spots, while driving you must watch out for the neighbors’ dogs that share the property’s grounds. They solved this well with technology and automation, but it can be uncomfortable if you want to leave at night because the neighbors apparently close the entrance and the staff can only open it until 11, so the only option after that is walking. The fan’s light didn’t work and the room lights were very bright; I would have liked a dimmer light for the room. The terrace had no table or chairs, so we used the room’s chairs to sit outside for a while.
