Veronica was courteous, the terrace was nice, and the room was spacious, yet the four flights of stairs were exhausting, especially with luggage.

The location was fine, but the rooms and beds were not.

The location was okay, but the cleanliness was poor: the bed was small, the pillows on top of the bed were dusty, the sheets weren’t clean, and the room itself wasn’t tidy. The bathroom wasn’t in the room and was also dirty, with very high and uncomfortable pillows. Overall the furniture was impractical and hard to clean (e.g., the nightstands). Also, it would have been nice to receive two bottles of water upon arrival.

The apartment was well-equipped, with a private bathroom; the kitchen, living room, and a nice balcony were shared with other apartments. Air conditioning and a central location were great. At night it could be a bit noisy with passing scooters, but that wasn’t a big issue. The fourth floor apartment had no elevator, and the bathroom was reachable only via a steep staircase, so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues.
