Nothing positive. The staff were unprofessional, the TV didn’t work, and there were multiple power outages.

“It was fair.”

It’s close to the lake. There is a step in the room that could cause a fall, the washroom is small and there is no lift.

During my stay, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets were not cleaned properly, and the bathroom geyser was not functioning. These issues made for an unpleasant stay, and I was left feeling frustrated with the hotel's lack of attention to detail.

“Highly unhygienic and doesn’t cover basic amenities”

While the Bhim Taal lake was a stunning sight, my stay at the hotel was marred by a lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene, and dirty sheets and towels. The kitchen was also often out of order, and the staff seemed untrained and unhelpful. It was a shame, as the lake was truly breathtaking.

“restaurant facilities not good food quality not good”

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag, with the only redeeming feature being the beautiful lake view. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short in many areas, and I was left feeling underwhelmed by the experience.
