“Personnel à l'écoute”
The staff were really friendly, which made up for the fact that the rooms weren’t well ventilated and had a lingering cigarette smell. Luckily we were moved to a different room and that fixed the issue.
“基本的によかったです”
The staff were great, but the room design had a flaw: the light switch for the toilet and the washbasin were the same, making it a hassle to use at night.
