The staff were excellent, delivering five‑star service, but the room felt a bit dated and the desk lampstand was broken, making it feel more like a three‑star place.

The location is convenient and the staff are lovely, but the hotel feels outdated. My first room was damp and had a bad smell, so I was moved to another room where the shower temperature knob was broken—a heavy metal piece that could easily fall onto feet. A maintenance person came to fix it, yet the selector stopped working entirely. The elevator air freshener was also very strong and unpleasant.
